The human body requires a daily intake of 13 essential vitamins most of which the body can not manufacture on its own. These vitamins & minerals ,are necessary to sustain the millions of chemical reactions occuring in our life.Eating a variety of fresh fruits & vegetables through out the gives us all of what we need,& our body are naturally programmed.But we are not getting these vitamins & minerals because of the chemical alteration of the processed & fast food that we eat.Over the short term ,these deficiencies manifest as mood swings, lack of energy, joint pain. failing eye sight& other ailments.Over the long term, these deficiencies cause major illness like cancer and heart ailments.
